Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in SEK. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times may vary. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside my control.

Damaged Items

Before opening your parcel always make a video of the opening process to ensure that any damage was made before receiving the package. This makes refunds possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items unless otherwise stated.
